After Care Application

Spots will be reserved first-come, first serve to those contracted students. You will receive a spot once you return the application and your enrollment contract for the 2024-2025 school year. We will begin notifying families of listing placement in April.

Services:
After Care operates from 2:30-6:00pm on all full school days, and for an additional fee on half days. This will 3.5 hours of care on 171 days per school year from August to May. Students will be grouped by age and ranging in group numbers between 5-14 children per adult. 2K-4K students aged 2-4 years will be in a licensed DSS room with a licensed DSS caretaker and adhere to DSS ratios. Other groups will be with staff members or strictly after care workers throughout the building. Often teachers rotate days of care. Siblings will be sent to the group according to their age and are not necessarily grouped together.

Payment:
Full Time $1,800 per child per year
Part Time (first come, first serve) $1,300 per child MWF
$900 per child T/Th
2 spots (per group) for MWF and 2 for T/Th will open.
This fee will be billed through FACTS monthly from September to June for care between August and May.
$180 per month FT, $120 MWF, $90 T/TH

Half days will be offered for a fee $25 fee per day. Care will be offered from 11:30 am dismissal
until 6:00pm.
